In reference to your question, based on the fact that the Intel® Core™ i7-10870H processor is a mobile unit that was designed for mobile devices such as laptops, notebooks, or tables, it is not sold separately. It is sold to the manufacturers of those devices directly so they can use them to assemble their products.
Regarding your other inquiry, in order to confirm which processor models are fully compatible with your device, please get in contact directly with the manufacturer of it and they should be able to provide a list of processors that will work with it and also they will let you know if it is possible to do the upgrade you are looking for.
