Dear all,
I want to buy 4 Intel cpu for scientific computation, but I don't know core numbers and frequency which one is more important in scientific parallel computation. For example, Intel Xeon E5-2698 (20 cores, 2.2 GHz), Intel Xeon E5-2697 (18 cores, 2.3 GHz) and Intel Xeon E5-2697A (16 cores, 2.6 GHz), which one is faster?
Best wishes!
Hanqing
