When my cpu hits 100 percent its normal turbo speed is at 3.8 GHZ but only runs at 3.4.I Know You might think that it is thermal throttling but it stays at 75
I undervolted it to make it Like that else it would be at 85 and 3.3GHZ
Do you understand how Turbo Boost works? The maximum turbo boost speed listed is something that can typically only occur when a single core is active and enough thermal headroom is available to support it.
