Hello lxn,
Thank you for sharing this with the communities. I apologize for the crashes occurring when Turbo Boost is enabled. Could you let me know if you've received any error messages from the BSOD? Additionally, have you updated your BIOS to the latest version? If not, please do so and inform me of the outcome.
To better understand your system's configuration and driver version, please share the SSU report. Here's how you can do it:
- Download the Intel Support System Utility.
- Scan: Check the box for "Everything" and click "Scan."
- Review: Once the scan is complete, click "Next."
- Click "Save" to save the report.

Hello lxn,
Thank you for providing the SSU. After reviewing, I can confirm that your BIOS is up to date. To further investigate the issue, I have a few questions for you:
- What steps have you taken to troubleshoot this issue?
- Could you please provide the FPO or Batch Number of the CPU?
- Could you also provide the ATPO or Serial Number of the CPU?
Regards,

Hello lxn,
You don't need to be concerned about the BIOS version, as the System Support Utility (SSU) confirms that the latest version is already installed on your system. However, if you wish to verify, you can find this information on the manufacturer's website. Additionally, the ATPO (Serial Number) and FPO (Batch Number) can be located on the box or directly on the CPU itself.
