Hello team,
I am a new user of Intel 14900k, I have bought this custom built PC from a vendor.

I work on computer graphics hence the required heavy CPU system. I am using Deepcool's 720 360 AIO, which I thought is best for my use case. But whenever I start rendering or benchmarking(C4D R24, Blender), my pc immediately shifts to 100C, idle temp in mother board is 41C. All these temperatures are from Summer in India. Are these temperatures normal, or it can hurt the cpu?
I have seen multiple videos on youtube stating motherboard companies are pushing the limits of voltages and wattages to advertise the performance, and not using ideal default specs mentioned for the cpu by Intel.
my motherboard is Gigabyte Z790 UD AC Rev1
BIOS Version updated to - F9 default settings which is suitable for 14900k as per Gigabyte.

I cant see how to apply the manual settings in motherboard as per the datasheet shared by you

As I am no technical person in this, and don't want to play with any warranty issues later on.

Please help me optimize this for better performance out of the box and cool temperatures for long life??

that is actually a decent result for an AIO you got there. And as you can see, one could say it is normal.

I limit the TDP in the XTU to 125W bcoz the gain between 250W TDP and 125W is so insignificant in my application, that it literally makes no sense to let all fans crank up to 100% for an insignificant gain.
So i would suggest you run some tests to see if for you it makes sense too....
