Design guide and specifications about C3958?

Our customer uses Intel Atom C3958 for design, but the official website does not have detailed information, please help provide reference design guide and specifications about C3958

In addition, our customers also wanted to learn more about the Atom P series processors, but the official website only has an introduction about atom-p5900-product-brief. Is there any detailed introduction material for customer reference?
