Dimension of Xeon Processor W-3175X

Hey,

I'm calculating the heat transfer within the w-3175x in a project for my masters in mechanical engineering.

Unfortunately I couldn't find any infomrations in the data sheet.

For my calculations I need the length, width and thickness of the processor. Additionaly I also need either the material in order to get the thermal conductivity coefficient or the coefficient itself.

Thank you very much for your help!

Best, Thomas

Hello Wanner G.,

thank you very much! Any help is much appreciated!

A data sheet with the information would be perfect to be able to put it in the appendix of my documentation.

Best, Thomas

hello Wanner G.,

unfortunately not, but I was able to work with the dimensions of the socket and an assumption of the height.

But thank you for your effort!

Best,

Thomas
