For a long time I have been using version 6 of the XTU software and the core offset of my i5-6300HQ has been reduced by 90-100mV. This helped me to significantly lower the temperature and improve the performance of the processor. I recently updated the XTU and now I cannot adjust the core voltage offset. What should I do to enable this feature? Or how do I download an older version of XTU where I can change the offset of the core voltage?

XTU only supports X and K processors, of which you have neither.

From the XTU download page:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29183/Intel-Extreme-Tuning-Utility-Intel-XTU
"Intel XTU may or may not work on unsupported processors."
Besides that, undervolting has been disabled due to security concerns.
