Does Atom support natively android-x86?

Is the Intel Atom x5-Z8350 natively compatible with Android x86 (about don't need to use virtualization) and will it be more efficient than a ARM processor like, Snapdragon 425, Exynos 7570? What about app compatibilities, will I have a problem?
