Does Intel release separate processors for China's domestic market ? I saw such processors and I doubt that they are original . The serial number and batch number are not initialized . Forgive me for my English

That is correct, Intel manufactures separate processors for China's market. I was checking the markings of the picture you have attached and indeed, the processor shows as a Core i9-9900K Processor (16M Cache, up to 5.00 GHz), FOR CHINA.

I have read about the warranty conditions for such processors - if I am in another country with such a processor - I will have to turn not to international support but only to the representative of China.
