Does Skylake-X Support Triple Channel Memory?

So Skylake-X clearly supports Dual-Channel and Quad-Channel memory but it seems weird to me that I don't see anything about Triple-Channel memory. Does it really only support dual and quad channel? Will using three sticks result in the ram running as single channel?
