Does anyone know what the "QKZA" mean? Or about "QKZB"?

For example in "Intel Xeon Phi 7285 ES QKZA 1.3GHz 68C L2 34MB MCDRAM Memory 16GB" what does  "QKZA" or "QKZB" mean? From what I understand, the ES means "Engineering Sample", but I haven't found any reference to "QKZA" or "QKZB".

Thanks

Hello JMede4, The Q stands for qualifying sample, the other 3 letters are the processor model, QKZA is the engineering sample for the Intel® Xeon Phi™ Processor 7230, the QKZB 3.33 GHz, 6M Cache, 1333 MHz FSB, FC-LGA8, Tray processor. Engineering sample (ES) processors are also known as qualification sample processors. They are pre-production processors Intel loans to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), original device manufacturers (ODMs), and independent software vendors (ISVs) to be used in the product design cycle before product launch. These processors often include more features than production processors for customer pre-production evaluation and test purposes. ES processors: Produced by Intel are the sole property of Intel. Produced by Intel are Intel Confidential. Are provided by Intel under nondisclosure and/or special loan agreement terms with restrictions on the recipient's handling and use. Are not for sale or resale. May not have passed commercial regulatory requirements. Are not covered under Intel warranty and are not supported by Intel. Of course... as soon as you tell me what the QKZA and QKZB means I will be glad to send you the links. There were 4 processors for sale, two QKZA and two QKZB; at this time there are only two QKZA left. They are Xeon Phi 7285.

Best regards!

Thank you, but I am still not clear on the differences between the QKZA and the QKZB specially when the seller says that the QKZA is a "Intel Xeon Phi 7285". Regardless, and as promised, here are the links:

Our school could certainly use something with the processing power :)

Best regards,

Joe

Hello JMede4, Our records shows that the QKZA Intel® Xeon Phi™ Processor 7230 and the QKZB 3.33 GHz, 6M Cache, 1333 MHz FSB, FC-LGA8, both are OEM processors, we do recommend contacting your Ebay seller so they can give more information. Regards.
