I have a question about the international warranty for the i7-7700k processor.

It was bought in the stationary shop in the USA and the question is whether it will have the warranty in Poland?

Does it have an international warranty?

Hello tomgaw,

Thank you for contacting Intel® technical support. I will be more than happy to help you.

I understand that you want to confirm if the warranty of an Intel® Core™ i7-7700K purchased in the United States will be covered in Poland.

You can claim warranty globally for Intel® Boxed Processors except in Australian, China, and India. Those countries have country-specific warranty policies for Intel® Boxed Processors.

You can check more information about the warranty for Intel® desktop processors in the next link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005712/processors.html

Regards,

Hello Xavier,

Thank you very much for your answer.

Yes - I'm asking whether warranty of this CPU purchased in US will be covered in Poland.

I made a mistake in my first post. So I haven't bought this processor yet.

I'm going to buy this at the end of the month in one of the shops in US - with in-store pickup.

Here is the selected CPU:

http://www.microcenter.com/product/485321/Core_i7-7700K_Kaby_Lake_42_GHz_LGA_1151_Boxed_Processor Intel Core i7-7700K Kaby Lake 4.2 GHz LGA 1151 Boxed Processor BX80677I77700K - Micro Center http://www.microcenter.com/product/485321/Core_i7-7700K_Kaby_Lake_42_GHz_LGA_1151_Boxed_Processor

Selected CPU is boxed so I understand from your post that this will have an international warranty by default and it will be valid in Poland.

Is that right?

Should I ask the seller during the purchase or it's a default warranty?

Hello tomgaw,

Yes, this processor will have an international warranty by default and it will be valid in Poland. You do not need to ask about this to your seller since this is the default warranty for any Intel® processor.
