Does the Core i7-7700T in 80°C will continue occurring the throttling?

We saw the T-junction max temperature of the Intel Core i7-7700T is 80°C from the ark.intel.com.

Does it mean when the temperature up to 80°C, then i7-7700T will continue occurring the throttling?
