Does the i5-6200U + QM170 support DASH 1.1 or does that require vPro ?

Basically a company wants to sell us non-vPro CPUs in their computers. ( Cost issue )

They claim that their QM170 based barebone supports DASH 1.1 without the need for at vPro CPU.

I hope one of you knows for sure.
