In Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, the turbo boost technology is grayed out and disabled. However, in the BIOS, it is enabled, and the CPU usually reaches speeds of 3.8Ghz. Why is it locked in extreme tuning ability?

However, XTU is only supported on X and K processors, not H processors.
