Does wrpkru instruction available on Xeon(R) D-1734NT

As title described, I have an application need pku feature enabled. When I check cpu feat using lscpu, it has pku inside, But when I tested pku feature using protection_key application under  linux/tools/testing/selftests/x86, it turns out the following output, which means no such feat available, I am quite confused

./protection_keys
has pku: 0
running PKEY tests for unsupported CPU/OS
