Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework

I am new here  (i didn't know where to post my question) and have problem with Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework after upgrading HDD to SSD and reinstallation of windows 10 64 bit version 22H2 I got BSOD some days and the event viewer has multiple errors for DPTF . My laptop (Dell inspiron 3158)  .
