E3113 EPT/SLAT support incorrect

I have come across a strange problem (EPT/SLAT unsupported for virtualization) as you can see in the image attached. I purchased an E3113 Xeon processor in the hopes that it would support EPT/SLAT (this is a virtualization feature) as stated on the official Intel website here:

I can confirm that I have the SLBAX chip & not the SLAYK which I think does not support EPT/SLAT but should either way. I am running this on an HP Proliant DL360 G5 if it makes any difference:

Could this be a problem with the logic board/system? Though given my understanding of the architecture, it should not play a role in determining available instruction sets... thanks in advance!

Due to Intel® Xeon® Processor E3113 being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it. However, we would like to provide you with the following information regarding Intel® VT-x with Extended Page Tables (EPT):

Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) is supported by the processor according to the Product Specifications site. This means that the processor is capable of supporting EPT. In this scenario, all virtualization capabilities require the system BIOS to support them, too.

Our suggestion is that you contact the system manufacturer to know whether virtualization capabilities are supported by the BIOS/motherboard.
