End of Life Support for W-2123 & E3-1260L V5 Processors

We are planning to buy Workstations and Servers with processors W-2123 & E3-1260L V5...!! They seem to be launched in 2017 & 2015 respectively...!!

I wanted to know what is the approximate time frame till which Intel would support these processors...!! We expect our project to be commissioned by 2021... Would these processors be considered too old by then...???
