Hello! When I turn the comp or reboot it, the Motherboard label appears and restarts and goes normally without any blue screens ... When I looked at Event Viewer-Windows logs-System, I detected the exact time it was restarted and that's what it was written at that hour: ( but it does not always restart ) this only happens when I turn on the computer or restart it and it does not always do so.
https://imgur.com/pt4w0nZ https://imgur.com/pt4w0nZ In Costum Viewes-Admininistrative Events writes at the same time- The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Hello simo90681@abv.bg
Thank you for joining the community.
In order to help you better, I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have on the computer. Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
Steps to save the report:
- Run the utility.
- Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
- Once the scan is complete click on "next".
- Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
- To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.
Can you try to boot the system with a native memory for your processor? In this case DDR4-2400.
Did your system work properly at any point? If yes, what software/hardware change was made on your system?
Regards,
Leonardo C.
