Event 55,kernel-processor-power

Hello! When I turn the comp or reboot it, the Motherboard label appears and restarts and goes normally without any blue screens ... When I looked at Event Viewer-Windows logs-System, I detected the exact time it was restarted and that's what it was written at that hour: ( but it does not always restart ) this only happens when I turn on the computer or restart it and it does not always do so. In Costum Viewes-Admininistrative Events writes at the same time- The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

In order to help you better, I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have on the computer. Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate:

Steps to save the report:
  1. Run the utility.
  2. Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
  3. Once the scan is complete click on "next".
  4. Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
  5. To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

Can you try to boot the system with a native memory for your processor? In this case DDR4-2400.

Did your system work properly at any point? If yes, what software/hardware change was made on your system?
