Hello, i have the same errorr as this other thread:

but
my processor 9700K IS supported by Intel Extreme tuning utility (as display in the image)
Any idea?

First, it is important to mention that altering clock frequency or voltage may damage or reduce the useful life of the processor and other system components, and may reduce system stability and performance. Product warranties may not apply if the processor is operated beyond its specifications.
In referent to this scenario, even if the processor is supported by the Intel® XTU, still the solution is the same as described in the article below. Based on the fact that the IccMax is related to the BIOS values of the board and can only be changed by the manufacturer of the motherboard:
