the pc has been freezing at random sometimes when gaming but other time when just being idle with only a web browser open

I've tried doing a clean boot after doing the intel processor diagnostic tool the freezes came back the freezes are at random times but usually after 1 freeze there are 1 or 2 more for the next reboots
