Hi.

In some moment it will crash to desktop..I have 2080 TI waterforce and 9700k all stock.

When i run game in 1440P and from game pressing fast esc to menu and back and again and in some moment it will crash to desktop.

I asked my friend with the same pc and he didnt have crashing in this way.

Did i have something fault in pc?

All pc is stock. I am on newest nvidia drivers.

Game is Control

Can somebody check this for me maybe? Just run game in 1440P and from game press fast ESC to main menu and again to game and again to menu and few times fast and check if crash.

Psu is Seasonic 750W ULTRA TITANIUM TX

ram 2x16GB DDR4 GSKILL XMP ( maybe xmp issue ? ) But during game never crash.

Is this issue with game.or hardware? Also my friend tried many times he didnt crash there.

This appears to be adware or virus related:

Anyway, not an Intel problem.

Hello. I opened crash dump file and its this:

Crash is something about c0000005 - memory access violation.

and INVALID NULL POINTER READ.

So its game software issue bug?

Have you tried different memory? Have you contacted the game manufacturer?

As I said, this is not an Intel problem.

SLitw, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

Just like Al Hill said, this is not an Intel® problem. But, just to let you know, based on the specifications of the platform that you are using, this computer has the option to use 2 different graphics controllers, the Intel® UHD Graphics 630 controller from the Intel® Processor and the Nvidia graphics controller, this might be a hybrid Graphics configuration. You can always verify "device manager" under "Display Adapters" to confirm if both of them are enabled or only one is working.

For this type of scenario, what we recommend is to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of the board to get the instructions on how to access the BIOS and disable either one of the Graphics controllers and test the game. By doing that you will be able to isolate the issue and confirm which is the graphics controller that is causing this problem.
