Hi, I'm trying to make a designed system and cut down from a E5-2650 V4 *2 cpu to a cheaper one.
The key dependency lies in the float point capabilities, but I cannot find the data sheet on FLOPS any where, so I asked here(Intel) for help
1. How much the float point unit assigned to each physical core or logic core of E5-2650 V4? Is it different from i7-8700K?
2. Can you provide a detailed table on each CPU on its float point capabilities so that I can make an accurate decision? (ignore the difference of cpu working frequency)
Thank a lot... If you could not help, please let me know

Thank you.
But I cannot find any description on the allocation of AVX unit per physical core / logical core
There might be some chip design document which shall be able to make it clear....
