Fix for random windows resets with nVidia RTX GPUs

After much frustration in trying to fix my random Windows 10 resets for weeks, I found a solution at https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/12l01wf/nvlddmkm_4090_crash_solved/ 

 

It works for the 3000 and 4000 series cards and possibly older ones.
