Flickering black screen occurs while the pc is turned on in both the bios and the operating system, in my case, windows 10 x64. The problem is excruciating when I use the processor's integrated graphics system, an intel core i5 10400 on a B460 Aorus pro ac motherboard.

This is resolved. The problem was the display port cable from the graphics card to the monitor, which was in bad condition.
