Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
For us to check and understand the issue, please provide the following:
- The exact model of the laptop
- Is this a newly purchased laptop? If so, what is the previous Operating System you use? Is it also Windows 10?
- Is there any reason for installing Windows 10? Did you encounter any issues before?

Hello Caguicla_Intel
1. The model of my laptop is Aiwa NA-1431
Y nunca antes me habia pasado algun problema asi.

Hello GenaroMonclus,
Thank you for your reply.
Can you check the provide the following details:
- How did you install Windows 10? Is it through clean installation?
- Does it go higher than 2.4 Ghz when doing any heavy workload?
- To ensure your processor is operating as expected, I suggest running the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool (IPDT). This tool will help confirm the health and functionality of your processor.
- Ensure that your BIOS is updated to the latest version.
- Check for any pending OS updates and install them to keep your system up-to-date.
- Optimize OS Power Settings:
• Go to Power and Sleep Settings, then to Additional Power Settings.
• Proceed to Change Plan Settings and then to Change Advanced Plan Settings.
• Locate Processor Power Management and adjust the settings to ensure the CPU is set to maximum performance.
Best regards,
