For us to check and understand the issue, please provide the following:

  1. The exact model of the laptop
  2. Is this a newly purchased laptop? If so, what is the previous Operating System you use? Is it also Windows 10?
  3. Is there any reason for installing Windows 10? Did you encounter any issues before?

Hello Caguicla_Intel

1. The model of my laptop is Aiwa NA-1431

Y nunca antes me habia pasado algun problema asi.

Hello GenaroMonclus,

Thank you for your reply.

Can you check the provide the following details:

  1. How did you install Windows 10? Is it through clean installation?
  2. Does it go higher than 2.4 Ghz when doing any heavy workload?
  3. To ensure your processor is operating as expected, I suggest running the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool (IPDT). This tool will help confirm the health and functionality of your processor.
  4. Ensure that your BIOS is updated to the latest version.
  5. Check for any pending OS updates and install them to keep your system up-to-date.
  6. Optimize OS Power Settings:

• Go to Power and Sleep Settings, then to Additional Power Settings.

• Proceed to Change Plan Settings and then to Change Advanced Plan Settings.

• Locate Processor Power Management and adjust the settings to ensure the CPU is set to maximum performance.

Best regards,
