Hello,
I have an issue booting the Intel Birch stream AP server. Whenever I turn it on, it directly goes into the BIOS menu and just freeze (meaning, I can't move the cursor on the BIOS menu using an external keyboard).
It happened for the first time when I changed the Bifurcation settings for each of the PCIe ports from "Auto" to "x4x4x4x4" in the following submenu: EDKII menu -> Socket Configuration -> IIO Configuration -> Socket 0 Configuration.
Could anyone please suggest a possible solution to this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Hello TLJ,
Please note that the Birch stream (Granite Rapids) has not been launched yet.
Also, we do not have information about "Intel Avenue City Birch Stream AP," as it is not an official Intel server board.
We recommend you refer to the Resource and Documentation Center and look for more documentation about Granite Rapids. Please refer to the below link to access the Resource and Documentation Center:
Also, you can open a new case in Intel Premier Support for this type of validation pre-launch. Please refer to the below link to access Intel Premier Support.

Hi Dineshbabu,
To be more precise, by "Intel Avenue City Birch Stream AP", I meant to specify the following:
- Mark Segment: Intel SDP for Xeon AP
- Baseboard: Avenue City
- Platform: Birch Stream AP
-Processor: Granite Rapids AP
Moreover, I could not find any documentation on Intel RDC which relates to the issue I raised. If there is such a document please do forward it to me.
Best regards,
TLJ
