I have acquired a GK3 PRO mini PC and have a problem with its power supply.
It is labeled power source12 V 2.5 A, but its adapter is a 10 V 500 mA.
I have used it very litle, 2-3 times. It worked OK.
But today, after around one month unplugged, it just does not turn on. Light goes on for a second and turns OFF.
I found it strange the power supply difference, and would like to have your opinion/instruction about this problem.

You need to consult with the manufacturer of your GK3 PRO for their adapter and power requirements.
