Hello!
Please add support for the "GNA Scoring Accelerator" driver for Coffee Lake processors.
Add the ID "VEN_8086&DEV_1911" of the "Intel GMM Scoring Accelerator module" coprocessor in the Intel Coffee Lake processor to the "Intel GNA Scoring Accelerator module" driver.
At the moment, the GMM driver is outdated and it has not been updated by you since 2015, that is, Intel. The GMM coprocessor module is present in the Coffee Lake processor. This processor was released in 2018. The Coffee Lake processor officially supports Windows 11.
The initial GNA driver was released in 2017, but without coprocessor support in the Coffee Lake. The GNA driver is still being updated by you.

Driver GMM: GMM Scoring Accelerator (Microsoft Update Catalog)
Driver GNA: GNA Scoring Accelerator (Microsoft Update Catalog)
I saw article 000089344, but it uses a stub driver (SkylakeSystemGMM.inf) without the Neural Network Accelerator functionality.
The OEM manufacturer has nothing to do with the development of the driver since only you Intel develop this driver and therefore you are responsible for the development of the driver!
Please add GNA support for Coffee Lake processors.

Hello, @ACh_Skull
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I am sorry to hear that this is an inconvenience for you.
Please be aware that we only provide Intel® GNA Scoring Accelerator Drivers for products totally designed by Intel, such as Intel® NUCs, the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) provides this driver as these products are modified and customized depending on the OEM, including the software.
Best regards,
Jocelyn M.
Intel Customer Support Technician.

Hello.
Please provide a new universal driver for GMM Scoring Accelerator. The existing 2015 driver is already outdated.

Hello.
I have not seen any drivers modified by the OEM manufacturer except for rare graphics drivers for laptops. Basically, the OEM manufacturer uses universal drivers.
So I ask you to please provide me with a universal driver.

Hello, @ACh_Skull
We cannot provide this driver for systems that were not designed by us, except for Intel NUCs.
We understand this is an inconvenience for you, however, it's out of our scope, the OEM provides these drivers, so if you need or want a new driver version, you need to contact your System Manufacturer.
Best regards,
Jocelyn M.
Intel Customer Support Technician.
