I have Gigabyte B760M DS3H AX motherboard as part of system upgrade. I'm planning to upgrade my processor to Intel i5-12400F. Though Gigabyte claims that this MB is compatible with 12400F I could not see that on Intel compatibility tool.
The details of the Motherboard per Amazon page - GIGABYTE B760M DS3H AX (LGA 1700/ Intel/ B760/ M-ATX/ DDR5/ 2* M.2/ PCIe 4.0/ USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C/WiFi 6E/ 2.5GbE LAN/Q-Flash Plus/PCIe EZ-Latch/Motherboard)

Can you please confirm at the earliest whether i5-12400F is compatible with Gigabyte B760M DS3H AX?

If Gigabyte says the processor is compatible with their board/bios, then that is the official word.
And, if you check their support page, you will see that they support your processor:
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B760M-DS3H-AX-rev-1x/support#support-cpu
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
