Gigabyte b660m ds3h ax and I5 13600 K in the Extrme Tuning Utility at optimize now is says failed,please use the advanced tuning tab. At the advanced tuning , Core voltage offset and more other things they are greyed out I cannot modify ?
Can you help me with a solution?

I am sorry you are having issues with Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU). I will be glad to assist you.
Please perform the following steps:
- Make sure you have the latest BIOS version installed.
- You may need to check with Gigabyte if your chipset supports overclocking, as chipsets can support different levels of overclocking.
- Uninstall Intel® XTU by following this article: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000032459/processors/processor-utilities-and-programs.html
- Then, proceed to re-install it (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/17881/29183/intel-extreme-tuning-utility-intel-xtu.html?wapkw=xtu).
- Make sure to update Windows to the latest version.
If these steps did not solve the issue, it is recommended to perform a fresh Windows installation.
