I have a DELL Inspiron 5570 who with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology turned off reaches 81º, with this technology deactivated reaches 100º. DELL replaced the motherboard, processor and cooler in the warranty twice ja, and does not hear problem resolution. Is there a solution without disabling Turbo Boost?
