The maximum temperature allowed at the processor die (TJunction) for Intel® Core™ i7-9700 Processor is 100°C. It is important to provide adequate cooling to ensure the processor does not exceed its operating temperature.

- Check the Package Specifications section.
Regarding the storage temperature, we recommend that you check the 8.3 Package Storage Specifications section (Pag 134) on the 8th and 9th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor Families Datasheet.
