I'm at my wits end!

What is happening -

When I game in certain games (warzone) and programs I cant even start up themup - the system just goes right to BSOD: Watchdog_Clock_Timeout

This also happens when I use premiere, photoshop and aftereffects,

This happens when I try to stress test on the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility - BSOD Watchdog_Clock_Timeout

THos also happsn using the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool - when it gets to the Prime Number portion of the test the system fails and BSOD Watchdog_Clock_Timeout

Though, when I stress test on 3d Benchmark it goes just fine.

This started happening with the game No Man Sky - Oddly enough this does not happen when I'm using VR (iracing)

Sys Specs:

i9 12900k - Not Over Clocked

64GB 4800 DDR5 (2 32gb sticks) - no XMP

RTX 3090 - NOT OVERCLOCKED

Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB

Samsung SSD 980 1TB

I'm including my SSU Scan

What I've Tried:

I've ran a memtest and the memory is just fine - I have also tried to run the system with one stick and I've switch hem out 1 at a time and it still BSOD Watchdog_Clock_Timeout

I tried removing the GPU - and it still BSOD Watchdog_Clock_Timeout

Full windows install with not updates and it BSOD Watchdog_Clock_Timeout

I install the latest windows update and Latest Drivers - BSOD Watchdog_Clock_Timeout

I have Latest BIOS -BSOD Watchdog_Clock_Timeout

I reseated the CPU - the Ram - all the SSDs - BSOD Watchdog_Clock_Timeout

What else can I try before  give up on this CPU?
