I purchased a intel i39100f processor
I use it for 1.5 years
After it becomes useless, I send it to warranty
But the company has not been able to give me the processor for 1 month
Now the company wants to refund me
Will I get the full amount now??

Check here: Determine if Your Product Is Still Under Warranty to see if your purchase was warranted by Intel. If this is the case, then you can return the processor to Intel for replacement through Intel's RMA process. If the purchase was not warranted by Intel and was instead warranted by this other company, then you will have to deal with this company regarding any refund or replacement.

If it's under warranty, they normally would replace it with a new one ... not sure why you said refund unless they don't have one to replace it with, which would be surprising? It doesn't make a lot of sense ... what are we missing?
