Hi Andrew, thanks for replying!
- Hardware, I am developing a CPU cooler.
- I need to know the keep out zones, height of the CPU off the board, min/max spring force needed to be applied by heatsink load, etc., to ensure the cooling solution fits and satisfies Intel requirements.
Usually, this information can be found in a 'thermal and mechanical design guide' for the socket, e.g., I can find that corresponding document for 115x. However, I cannot find a guide for the 2066 socket. Does this document exist for the lga2066 socket?
Thanks!
Katie
