Hi,
I have switched to 13900K with DDR5 Ram and PCIe5.0 MOBO(Asus z790 Hero)
I bought the CPU at the first release (preordered arount last October/November). Starting from this year I can see tons of failures and crashed when play Large games.
I didn't change anything in BIOS config. But right now I have to increase the "CPU load line calibration" to be level 8 to keep it much more stable. It's sort of stable right now. However I can still see some crashes happening.
After investigations and tons of tests, I'm now assuming that my CPU might be bad in IMC. Just wondering how should I testify that?

Have you updated your motherboard bios?
Run the IPDT:

I didn't see IPDT is supporting 13900k based on the valid processor list. Is that still OK to run?

Hmmm.... It has not been updated in a year. I wonder what they are waiting for.
Well, it will either run or it won't. I would give it a try just for the heck it.
