I dont understand the performance of my cpu are brided by cause 70 degree limit. My bios motherbaord are uptodate. Can you help me i do the intel processor diagnostic tool all pass...

Describe your problem in better detail.

Also, water cooled systems are of no real use if incorrectly installed.
