Hello Efe10,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Model name of your Laptop or motherboard (if it is s desktop computer)

2. Model of your processor.

3. If you have a laptop, have you checked with the laptop manufacturer for options to do use these options with a different tool?

Also, I would like to let you know that the Intel® Graphics Control Panel was designed for old environments (operating systems and processor), and under this environment, the Intel® Graphics Control Panel used to work with not many restrictions but with the new operating systems (Windows 10) and processor (6th gen and newer), the laptop manufacturer placed some restriction (resolution, feature, option, customizations) to avoid that the laptop gets damaged or completely misconfigure (as sometimes happens).

The following links may be helpful for you:

1. Discontinuation of the Intel® Graphics Control Panel from the Microsoft* Store
