How determine the manufacture date of an Intel Xeon

I have a CPU and I am trying to determine the date of manufacture. I downloaded the Intel Processor Identification Tool. Screen shots are attached. For those that cant see the image of the screen here is processor. Can someone from Intel tell me the exact date... or anyone know a link to a page that shows the revision history down to revision and stepping for the CPU ?

We do not have a link or page that shows customers the date of manufacture of the processors.
