How do I disable Intel Extreme Tuning Utility's Turbo Boost Short Power Max Enable?

My "Turbo Boost Power Max" setting is set at 45.000 W but I want it at 10.000 W. When I reduce it to the wanted 10.000 W, the program very quickly resets it at 45.000 W. How would I go about solving this issue?

I tried disabling it all together, but the program enables the feature in question on it's own as well.

Hello Nyse, We would like to continue assisting you. Could you please confirm your system configuration? Please run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread. 1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91... 2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View. 3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer. Wanner G.
