How do I get permission to change my core voltage in XTU?

I have an i7 7700HQ (Laptop is nitro 5 an515 51 78cc) and when I went to core voltage there is only the options to set to default setting or increase voltage. There isn't an option to turn down the voltage. How do I undervolt with this?

May be laptop manufacturer has restricted the overclocking the features in Processor , Because processor used in Laptop , and its require more power .

I am using intel i5 7200U processor , I could not able to overclocking , I dont need to do . I would recommened you , to keep default settings
