I have a 14700KF, 32GB of DDR4 Ram, a 3070, and a Asrock 660M-C updated to the UEFI version of 12.03. When ever I try to use the XTU app to underclock my cpu to help with my exteremly high average temps of 100C almost all of my option to attempt to underclock my cpu are grayed out and I am unable to change any values to help with my thermals. Any help or advice would be very helpful. Thanks.

Hello Fredy_Fettucine,
Thank you for posting in our communities.
To provide you with an appropriate recommendation, we would first like to know if the overheating only happens when you are playing games or if you are having any instability issues on your system.
To summarize, is it possible if you could describe to us the issue regarding the overheating in more detail?
We look forward to your response!
Best regards,
Carmona A.

The first day I installed it I was at 100 at idle but now it peaks at 100 when underload when editing or playing games. I just want to undervolt or underclock it to decrease the wear it gets and to increase its longevity.
