I have a busted memory controller because only 2 sticks out of 4 work but the support site only leads me in circles. HELP.

ok sorry about that. But i did go there and type my fpo and atpo. it then led me to this website. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support.html?random=1599549941 Intel® Support . then when i clicked on warranty and replacement it led me back to the same website.
