I did the online RMA for my i75930k and got assigned RMA 02526692.
It has been in "New" status now for four days with out being assigned to a technician.
Is this normal? I had heard it was a fast process even offering cross shipping.
It is strange because I was not able to find any information with the number 02526692.
Before Intel proceeds with an RMA we will need to determine that the unit is defective.
