How to enable/disable Intel TXT

My Dell latitude e6540, with corei5, 4th generation 4300-M.To clear TPM ,bios says Intel txt must be disabled .kindly guide how do I enable/disable Intel txt

You need to look in the DELL bios.   Ask dell where the setting is in their bios.  If you are try ing to use W11, your processor is not supported (By Microsoft).
