How to get the power consumption of cpu

CPU :  11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1155G7 @ 2.50GHz

OS : Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS

kernel : 5.15.0-58-generic

I want to know one core's consumption in every frequency point.

How can I get them ?

I am going to make a program to display each APP's power consumption.

I think the consumption = time @ freq * power @freq .

So I need the exact value for compute the consumption.

After reviewing the case, it is essential to mention, that each application's power consumption is different or constantly changing based on the application load, system status, hardware configuration, etc. The processor power consumption is also always changing based on the Operating System configuration, application load, etc, so those values will always be different as well.

Hello Alberto,

I read the Linux source and found that the frequency of a cpu is not export to us, because of the frequency is adjusted by hareware. So I can not know when the frequency is changed。

I think I have to find other way to get the power assumption.
